AGREEMENTS:
WAC will provide the following:
• Access to the specified location for teaching artist to set up, conduct class, and clean up.
• Listing of class(es) on WAC calendar
• Inclusion in WAC Newsletter.
• Facebook boosts to announce class(es).
WAC will NOT provide the following:
• Insurance coverage of artist work
• Food and beverages for the class
Teaching Artist will provide the following:
• Completion of a Rental Agreement and cleaning deposit payable to the WAC. *Permission for WAC to use images of artwork in a variety of media for purposes of promotion of classes.
• Pick up flyers and distribute around town
• Food and beverage for the classes, if desired.
• Cleaning of specified location after each class: dust/mop, clean toilet (WAC Only), area of food service, and any area affected by the art classes.
